You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a legal guardian, to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

3. Products, pricing and availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are illustrative; colors and details may differ slightly on different screens.

Prices are listed in US dollars (USD). We strive for accuracy, but a small number of products may display an incorrect price due to typographical or system errors. In such cases we will cancel the order and notify you, or offer the product at the correct price at your choice. Taxes, duties and shipping are calculated at checkout where applicable.

4. Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline an order, including due to stock shortages, payment authorization failure, suspected fraudulent activity or shipping restrictions. If an accepted order is cancelled after payment, a full refund is issued.

5. Payment

Payment is charged at checkout through the payment methods displayed on this website. All transactions are processed by secure, PCI-compliant payment providers.

6. Shipping and returns

Delivery and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms. Manufacturing defects are covered by the GOLGEN 2-Year Warranty.

All content on this website — including the GOLGEN and JIAOLONG names, logos, watch designs, images, text and graphics — is the property of GOLGEN or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or use any content without prior written consent.

This website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies or availability of third-party sites.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

This website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GOLGEN shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability arising from any order shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited under mandatory consumer-protection law.

You agree to indemnify GOLGEN against claims arising from your misuse of the website, violation of these Terms or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute through friendly negotiation within 30 days; if unsuccessful, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent people's court in Shenzhen, China, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights available to you under the law of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version applies to orders placed after the update date. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
