Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your GOLGEN watch. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
How to Request a Return
- Contact our customer service with your order number and the reason for return
- We will review your request and send a return shipping address within 1-2 business days
- Pack the watch securely in its original box with all accessories
- Ship the package to the provided address
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days
